about Your data use that will be made of on our website www.procohair.com
DATA TYPES AND NATURE OF THEIR CONFERRAL. Your data are in
our possession as you voluntarily provided by filling out the contact form.
You will only be asked for the data strictly necessary to contact you, to
answer your questions/requests: name, surname and e-mail address. Any
further data will be processed by us only if and as willingly provided by
you. The provision of contact data is mandatory since in case of refusal to
supply them in whole or in part, it will not be possible to answer your
questions/requests. The provision of any additional data is entirely
elective.
PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT. Your data will only be used to
process your information request.
LEGAL BASIS OF TREATMENT. The legal basis of the processing
is your consent (ex Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) GDPR -General Data
Procession Regulation-)
DATA RETENTION PERIOD. Your personal data will be kept for
the necessary time to process your information request and will be deleted
afterwards, unless the parties follow the setting up of a contractual
relationship, as in this case your data will be used for the preparation of
the contract that will be accompanied by a new information form.
DATA RECIPIENTS. Your data may be processed by:
• The subjects appointed to the treatment, each according to the
specifications and instructions determined in writing by the Data Controller
exclusively for the purposes indicated above;
DATA SUBJECT’S RIGHTS. You have the entitlement to exercise
the rights that the GDPR recognizes to the interested parties as foreseen by
the articles. 15 and ss. including the right to withdraw the consent at any
time without prejudice to the legality of the processing carried out until
the revocation. You have also the right to complain about any violations
before the National Privacy Authority following the instructions and
provisions set out on the website of the guarantor himself
